3 months of service includes: 6 sessions (50 minutes), 1 grocery tour, unlimited email support, easy and delicious recipes, and informational handouts. $549
6 months of service includes: 12 sessions (50 minutes), 1 grocery tour, unlimited email support, easy and delicious recipes, informational handouts. $1,149
Note: Distance clients will receive phone sessions and an audio grocery tour.
Local clients may choose between phone or in-person sessions.
Work better in a group setting? Like a good value? Groups meet once per month for six months. Each group meeting will cover a designated topic with discussion. Groups consist of three to six participants, and are for those who enjoy interaction and participation. Each group member will receive one personalized session plus unlimited email support.

What is balance?
Balance is a state of equilibrium. A harmonious arrangement of parts within a whole. Our life is an arrangement of parts; ranging from our relationships, career, and spirituality to what we put in our body and how much we move around. In our hectic, busy lives we are finding ourselves increasingly more stressed and stretched. We have lost sight on what is important in our lives, ourselves. Finding balance is different for every person, but it takes really understanding where we are in order to find that balance.
For me, balance means that I respect my body, that I have time to spend with my husband and family, that I have time to cook and to run, and when any part of my life starts to infringe on those three important elements, I feel out of balance. These feelings lead to emotions and cravings that are destructive and unhealthy.
At new urban balance, I work on the key areas which are tilting the equilibrium in your life. This will be different for each individual, and your program will be designed around your individual needs.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. This means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
A health coach is a wellness guide and supportive mentor. Together, we’ll work to achieve your goals inn areas such as weight management, food cravings, sleep, and energy. Through working with me, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health.
