How long will we work together?

Ultimately, that is up to you. However, for real and permanent change to take place, six months is recommended.

I don’t live in the Miami area but I want to work with you?

No worries! I work with people over the phone and in person. Contact me and we will find a solution that works for you.

What results can I expect from this program?

The first thing to understand is that this is not a weight loss program. However, clients often experience weight loss, as well as, increased energy and stamina.

Who is not a good fit for this program?

Clients looking for the magic pill or a quick fix. Clients not willing to make changes to fulfill their goals. Clients who want to maintain a diet mentality versus making lifestyle changes.

How can I guarantee to get the most out of the program and reach my goals?

Your success in your program depends on you and the effort you put into it. My most successful clients show up to each session and follow through with their recommendations. They are open and honest about their progress and their challenges.
